Founder & Coach
Leonard Ringo
passion for basketball was forged on the courts of Proviso East High School, even earning a collegiate-offers before being derailed by injury. This experience instilled in him a profound appreciation for resilience and determination; and gave him unique insight into the mental and physical demands of the sport. Currently, as a successful healthcare entrepreneur, he applies his professional expertise to mentoring young athletes. Having coached youth basketball for several years, his focus is on teaching foundational skills with meticulous detail, all while fostering strong character and supporting his players' aspirations. His ultimate goal is to shape not only skilled players but also well-rounded young people with a lasting love for the game.
Founder & Coach
Miguel Ortiz
brings a myriad of athletic and life experience to the court, with a deep-seated passion for developing young athletes both on and off the field. As a multi-sport standout athlete in high school, he is familiar with competing at a high level in both football and basketball, instilling a foundation of diligence, and competitive drive. He has spent years dedicating countless hours to shaping the community's next generation of competitors, serving as a respected coach for youth flag football, Pop Warner, and community feeder and travel basketball programs. This experience in coaching youth athletics, combined with a love for participating in adult sports leagues, and passion for strength, speed, agility, and overall fitness has given Coach Mike a unique ability to connect with and motivate young players to pursue a healthy and active lifestyle.

Andre Wiggins
brings a wealth of experience to I GOT NEXT as a former Division I college basketball player. His journey from athlete to coach has been fueled by a deep passion for developing young talent and fostering meaningful team experiences. With a strong foundation in competitive play and a commitment to mentorship, Andre' focuses on helping athletes grow both on and off the court. His leadership style emphasizes discipline, teamwork, and personal growth—making him a valuable asset to every player he coaches.
